Rob is a United States Marine Corps Veteran. He spent 5 years as an infantry rifleman in 2nd Battalion, 4th Marines. Throughout his 5 year enlistment in the Marines, he held various positions including Team Leader, Squad Leader, and Platoon Sergeant. As a leader of Marines he was responsible for training and improving the strength and conditioning of 4-15 Marines through daily physical training.

Rob has always been excellent in leadership roles and wants to continue this passion through his personal training at The Fitness Guild. Rob is excited to bring the same level of motivation, energy, and enthusiasm. He hopes to help others find the same love for fitness and healthy living.
